The standard width of the cold storage panel is 960mm, and other non-standard sizes can be customized to produce 12.15m long cold storage panels. The appropriate thickness of cold storage panels can be selected according to the temperature range of the cold storage. Of course, the thicker the polyurethane insulation layer, the better the insulation effect, but the corresponding product cost is also relatively high.

2、 Differentiate according to the material of the cold storage panel

The common materials for cold storage panel panels include color steel and stainless steel, which are commonly referred to as color steel cold storage panels and stainless steel cold storage panels. Due to different industry requirements, there are also different requirements for the material of cold storage panel panels. There are also some unconventional materials, such as galvanized steel plate, embossed aluminum, anti slip aluminum, etc., which can be customized to meet user needs. Customers can choose the corresponding material for cold storage panels according to their industry requirements. Stainless steel cold storage panels are often used in the food and catering industry, while anti slip aluminum panels are mainly used for cold storage floors to enhance the strength of the cold storage floor.
