Raw materials

Types of Color - painted Substrates for Construction

  • Zinc aluminum substrate 

The coating composition is approximately 55% aluminum, 45% zinc and 1.5% silicon. The substrate has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for making building exterior panels. It can be processed at various levels such as general forming, stamping, deep stamping and mechanical bite, etc.

  • Hot dipped galvanized substrate 

The coating has high purity, thin zinc layer and good processing performance. The surface process usually includes regular spangle, minimum spangle and zero spangle. The substrate has excellent corrosion resistance, good coating form-ability, good coating and welding performance.

  • Aluminum magnesium manganese substrate 

Aluminum magnesium manganese is an alloy composed of aluminum, magnesium and manganese, which has the advantages of moderate structural strength, weather resistance, stain resistance, easy bending and welding processing.

Type of coating

  • Prime coat

Primers are divided into polyester primers, polyurethane primers and epoxy primers according to different film forming resins. The most commonly used primers are epoxy primers and polyurethane primers, which are processed with zinc chrome yellow, strontium chrome yellow and other antirust pigments. 

  • Finish coat 

Use generally polyester resin ( PE ), high durability polyester resin ( HDP ), silicone modified polyester resin ( SMP ), polyvinylidene fluoride resin ( PVDF ), acrylic resin, polyurethane and good pigments of high temperature resistance and weatherability . The heat curing crosslinking curing system uses methyl ether amino resin or closed type isocyanate resin.


Installation matters

1. The correct way to lay the tile 

  • Overlap (for 15M length) 

  • Interleaved (for 15M roof) 

2. Correct use method of special nails 

  • The special nail must be played in the middle of the tile bone to have a waterproof effect. 

  • The fixed interval of special nails is 50CM~100CM (preferably 4 roots / m²). 

  • The special nail must be hit from the bottom end of the tile to the direction of the roof to have a beautiful, sealed and neat effect.

3. Install the sealing strip ridge tile to seal the roof cover. 

  • Separthe seal strip in half, and press the control tile on the roof and cover the ridge tile with special nails. 

  • At the junction of the side tiles, seal with cement and directly cover with the ridge tile, and the bottom of the ridge tile is finished with small tiles. 

  • The lower end of the tile is directly installed at the eaves, which is fixed with screws. 

  • Ridge tile junction, the control interface is trimmed with scissors and sealed with glass glue.


Matters need attention 

  • Wear the necessary safety facilities (such as gloves, safety helmet, safety belts and other tools). 

  • The skeleton must be firm when installed. 

  • When the installation walks on the tile, try to step on the middle part of the tile, to avoid stepping on the edge of the tile. 

  • Installation should be careful in severe weather.
